Centralised bookings
Eurodrive has a dedicated corporate accounts department whose sole responsibility is to personally manage bookings on behalf of our corporate clients. With one simple phone call to 08701 60 80 60 you can book a vehicle at any one of our locations throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and the world or alternatively you can benefit from our online corporate booking system which allows you to make reservations 24hours a day and arrange for office or home deliveries.

Delivery and collection
Understanding that your company operates in a time critical environment Eurodrive's Corporate team will arrange the delivery and collection of your rental vehicle to either your office or alternatively to an employee's home address. Our delivery and collection service is available free of charge within a 5 mile radius of the servicing Eurodrive rental branch.

Centralised billing
Eurodrive's centralised billing service helps you track and easily maintain accurate control of your corporate vehicle rental expenses.

Insurance
As well as being able to utilise your own company's insurance policy, as a Eurodrive corporate client you are able to benefit from our own fully comprehensive insurance scheme which offers damage liability waiver. Please inform our corporate team of your insurance requirements at the time of booking.

One way rentals
On occasion you may require to hire your vehicle starting at one destination and terminating at another. When this situation arises your company can utilise Eurodrive's one way rental facility where we are able to arrange for the hire of your vehicle to start and finish at any destination throughout the United Kingdom.

Airport meet and greet
To ensure that your company's staff keep moving Eurodrive corporate offers a unique meet and greet service at all major UK and Ireland airports. On arrival your staff will be met by a member of Eurodrive and taken directly to their rental vehicle avoiding any frustration caused by queuing or transiting to the car rental car park in the shuttle bus.

No hidden extras
Eurodrive operates a no hidden extras policy, meaning the price you see is the price you pay. Isn't that refreshing!

Out of hours
To further meet your rental demands, the Eurodrive corporate team offers the benefits of an out of hours service. We are able to handle all rentals regardless of the time you require the hire even if they are outside our normal trading hours. All we ask is that you pre-book your requirements with a member of our corporate team.
